Samsung model numbers matter
Galaxy phones with similar names can use different screens and components. Open Settings, choose About phone and send the model name and model number. If the display is unusable, check the label on the original box or your carrier account.
Screen and display symptoms
Cracked glass, green or white lines, black ink-like spots, flickering and touch failure can point to display damage. Tell us whether the phone still rings or vibrates and whether any part of the image remains visible.
Battery and charging problems
We also evaluate rapid drain, unexpected shutdowns, swollen batteries and USB-C charging issues. Testing helps separate battery wear from a damaged port, cable problem or another hardware fault.
